We inspect every item before we send it out but if for any reason we missed an issue or defect with your item, or the item doesn’t fit as expected, we offer an exchange or full refund minus shipping for your order within 30 days. To return or exchange an item please contact us at info@cherokeestarboutique.com Once an unworn item return has been received we will issue a refund for the price of the item plus any acceptable tax.

All packages shipped from Cherokee Star Boutique will be shipped via USPS, unless a different company is requested by the customer.   In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Preorders will ship within 2 business days of arrival at Cherokee Star Boutique.

Shipping time is normally 2-5 days. If there is any delay you will be notified by email. 

Free Local Pick-up is available to those local to us. Please select this option at checkout. Once the item is ready for pick-up you will be notified via email. Items will be held inside for safety unless other arrangements are made.

Items not picked up within 2 weeks will be returned to inventory and a store credit will be issued.
